How do I add a new skill to the skills and endorsements section on LinkedIn?

1. Scroll down to the skills and endorsements section on your profile click "add a new skill" as pictured below.
2. Skills can be selected from a list provided by LinkedIn.
3. You can also add a new skill to your list by typing it into the section.
